> Snipsy is the booking app for dog groomers who are done juggling text threads and paper notebooks. Snipsy started with one groomer. Riley Todd runs her own shop in Indiana. She couldn't find software that fit, paid for one that promised a lot and did almost nothing, and went back to a paper notebook and a text thread. So she partnered with ARKM Tech to build the thing she'd actually use — every feature exists because a working groomer asked for it.

Snipsy is priced flat rate per business, not per user. Starter is free forever for solo groomers just starting out; Pro is $29/month for a full-time solo groomer; Shop is $49/month flat for a shop with up to 5 staff seats. No contracts, no setup fees, no per-seat surcharges.

> **Pros**: I helped build snipsy alongside arkmTech. I spent a few months looking at several different grooming apps which all seemed great up during free trial, but after those trials were up I was billed for the monthly usage of the app, which I expected. But in order to use payment or text messaging through these apps I was blindsided with more bills. Additionally, these apps were not user friend. I took my frustrations and wrote them down, and presented them to arkmTech that listened to everything I had to say and made it a reality. I wanted to this program to be a critical tool for groomers, all while being cost effective and simple to use. I love everything about Snipsy but if I had to choose just one thing, it would be the weekly dash board. It’s the first page that pops up on my mobile app. It gives me a run down of everything. My weekly income and monthly income, appointments for the day, total clients in the system, upcoming birthday, helps organize quarterly taxes, reminders, and a daily schedule. I believe this is the perfect app for new and seasoned grooming professionals.
