Built around Apple Business Manager, AppDeploy sits between the App Store and enterprise MDM. Organisations upload internal iOS and Android applications, control who can access each one, and deliver them through a branded organisation portal that employees can use in seconds.

Two delivery paths, chosen by device ownership:

For employee-owned devices, a self-service portal delivers apps with no enrolment and no management profile — nothing is installed on the employee's personal phone beyond the app itself.

For organisation-owned devices, silent deployment installs apps with no user prompt, via zero-touch enrolment for devices purchased through Apple Business Manager or a shared enrolment link for retail-purchased devices.

Typically live within two weeks.

Worked example: a 100-device organisation on Business with AutoDeploy, paid annually, costs £2,294.75 per year — £599 for the Business plan plus £1,695.75 for 95 chargeable devices at the £1.75 tier.

Free trial: 14 days, no card required. The trial includes the branded portal, role-based access control and manual iOS release setup, limited to 10 apps, 100 installs and 5 user invitations. All limits lift after 14 days on the full plan. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged.

No minimum device commitment. Comparable Apple device-management suites typically require a 25-device minimum before you can begin. AppDeploy has none — a five-person team pays £599 a year with no per-device charge at all.
