> Built by a practicing physician, Scribeable is an AI medical scribe for the work that gathers around a note. It writes a draft, then verifies the note in a separate pass. When the audio or chart context is ambiguous, it asks you a clarification question. Scribeable codes the visit and puts discussed orders in a queue for your approval before placement.

Inside the note, 240 clinical calculators run with code-based scoring. HCC V28 risk-adjustment coding uses an 8,400-entry crosswalk. The 63 quality measures cover MIPS, HEDIS, and CMS eCQMs. Dedicated templates cover 46 specialties. The note can produce after-visit summaries, referral letters, work and school notes, and support letters for disability and FMLA.

One-click insert files the finished note in any web-based EHR through the Chrome extension, and clipboard support covers other systems. Rounding Mode records one long inpatient session. It transcribes the audio, splits it by patient, and matches each patient to an existing chart. Pro includes two Rounding Mode sessions per week, and unlimited sessions require the Rounding Pro add-on at $19 per month.

Who it is for: independent physicians, NPs, and PAs who write notes in clinic or cover the list on rounds. It also fits small practices. Each clinician owns the account, so it can travel with them when they change employers.

Getting started: the 14-day trial allows up to 15 notes and requires no credit card. Afterward, Free includes 5 notes each month.
