In one login, LoadHiveAI covers work a small carrier usually spreads across five or six vendors: dispatch with a live truck map, GPS and geofence tracking that updates load status without driver taps, quoting with live margin, a built-in load board with rate quality scoring, invoicing with online card and ACH payments, accounts payable, driver settlements with escrow, per-diem and deductions, IFTA and fuel tax filing, and compliance covering DVIR, the FMCSA drug and alcohol program with random pool selection, and expiring-document alerts.

Detention billing is automated. LoadHiveAI reads GPS dwell time at each stop, calculates the charge when a truck sits past the free window, caps it so an overnight yard stay cannot over-bill, and adds it to the invoice - revenue many small carriers never capture at all.

The Pro plan adds HiveMind AI, which reads loads, invoices, drivers and lanes to produce a daily briefing, answer plain-English questions, suggest rates, flag anomalies and receivables about to go late, and parse rate confirmation PDFs into loads. The Fleet plan adds EDI (204/210/214), single sign-on and an audit log.

Basic is $10 per user per month and Pro is $39 per user per month, billed monthly with cancellation any time, or yearly for savings of up to 26%. Fleet is custom volume pricing.
