> Labyra Randevu is an online scheduling system built for owner-run service businesses in Turkey — hair and barber salons, beauty and nail studios, and small clinics that still take bookings by phone or WhatsApp.

Your customers open your booking page on your own domain, pick a service and an available time slot, enter their details and get an instant confirmation code. There is no app to download. Database-level conflict prevention makes double-booking impossible across staff and services.

You run the day from a single Turkish dashboard: an agenda view, a weekly calendar colour-coded per staff member, services and durations, working hours and closed days, blocked time for breaks, and customer history with notes. Automatic email confirmations and reminders go out on their own, so fewer customers forget.

The waiting list is what makes cancellations less painful: when a booked slot frees up, waiting customers are automatically offered that time and it is held briefly for them, so open hours refill themselves instead of staying empty.

Labyra installs and configures the system for you — there is no setup fee and no long onboarding. The interface is fully Turkish, the infrastructure is KVKK compliant, and the booking page runs on your own domain or embedded in your existing website. The owner also gets iPhone and Apple Watch apps with instant notifications for every new booking.
