# RapportZen

> Rapport Zen is field service reporting software for small technical trade businesses: HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and maintenance.

The technician opens the job on a phone or tablet and fills in a form built for that type of intervention. Photos are attached from the device. The customer signs on screen. Rapport Zen generates the PDF and sends it to the customer by email. The report is finished on site, in about two minutes.

WHO USES IT

Self-employed artisans working alone, and companies with a small team of technicians. In a team, the same report is used by the field technician, the owner, the account manager and the bookkeeper. Rapport Zen covers reporting only. It is not a CRM, an ERP or a scheduling tool, and it does not handle invoicing or quotes.

OFFLINE USE

Rapport Zen is a progressive web app and works without a network connection. A technician can complete a full report offline. Data is stored on the device and synchronized when the connection returns. Entries are not lost, and existing data is not overwritten during synchronization.

DEPLOYMENT AND SUPPORT

Cloud hosted. Runs in a browser on desktop and mobile. No app store installation. Support is by email.
