Especially the fact that VlgeHOA utilizes AI as well, it does help either with matching transactions automatically which saves me time or to help me figure out why there are variances in reconciliations. One of the biggest things I likes was putting the board member history for all that served because I believe that is important to keep track of\! > > **Cons**: There are certain bills that are on Autopay, for example utilities, and I wish there was a way for it to be marked as autopay so that the bills that I enter for them could either require just one approval or to be automatically approved awaiting the transaction to come it so it could match. Thats just a personal preference. > > VlgeHOA has been consistently improving since I started it a few months ago. Each improvement comes with something new being added or tweaked and it has been so cool to see\! An example could be the financial reporting, with new reports and improvements being made, and even the tracking of payments made online.
