# Blina Space

> Blina Space is a document management system with a built-in AI assistant, built for the company that has outgrown a shared network drive but does not want an enterprise project to get out of it.

The typical user is a small business, a trade or a self-employed professional with a few thousand documents, no IT department, and a tax adviser who asks for paperwork every quarter. Blina Space is designed for exactly that situation: nothing to install, an archive that is searchable from the first day, and an assistant that answers questions about the company's own files.

What you get:

A searchable archive. OCR reads scans, photos and PDFs, so a supplier name or an invoice number finds the document even when nobody remembers where it was filed. Folders follow your sectors, and access is granted per user.

An AI assistant on your own documents. It summarises a long report, translates it, compares two versions of a contract and always names the file the answer came from. It never uses your documents to train external models.

Invoice intake. Supplier invoices arrive by upload or at a dedicated e-mail address. Electronic invoices in XRechnung and ZUGFeRD format are read from the XML automatically, scans are read by the AI, and each invoice runs through a simple approval flow before being exported to DATEV for the accountant.

Contract management. Every contract with its notice period and renewal date, plus encrypted portal credentials, and a reminder by e-mail before each deadline.

How support works: e-mail and help desk, a knowledge base and an in-app help drawer in every language, plus phone contact with the person who builds the product. Onboarding is self-service (15-day trial, no credit card), and a guided setup is included from the Business plan.

Where the data lives: each company gets its own dedicated database, on servers in Germany, GDPR compliant, with backup and antivirus included and two-factor authentication available on every account. An on-premise installation is possible on request.
