Who it suits best
Independent and small multi-site businesses with one to twenty staff: hair and beauty salons, spas and massage studios, nail and skincare studios, pet grooming salons and veterinary clinics, car wash and auto detailing shops, cleaning and technical service firms, private tutors and course providers, and consultants, dietitians and therapists. There is no in-house IT, so nothing here needs configuring by a specialist.

Who it does not suit
Enterprises that need custom workflow engines, a public API for deep integration, or in-app card processing through their own payment gateway. Lumiperi deliberately does one thing well rather than everything adequately.

What owners tell us matters most
The booking page pays for itself first. Customers book at night and at weekends, and the appointment arrives on the calendar with its reminder already scheduled. Reminders go out over WhatsApp, which people actually read, and a reply cancels the slot straight into the waiting list.

The second thing is the end of the day. One screen shows revenue, the cash and card split, commission owed, expenses and net profit, and stores the Z report. Most owners have never had that number reliably before.

The third is commission. Rates are set per staff member and per service and calculated at the moment of sale, so the month-end conversation is about the work, not the arithmetic.

Everything in one plan
There is a single plan with every module unlocked: calendar and online booking, client records with history and photos, consent forms, packages, memberships, gift cards, loyalty points, inventory and retail sales, expenses, profit and loss, staff performance and AI-written summaries of what changed. Branches, staff, customers and appointments are unlimited, and there are no per-module or per-user charges.

Getting started and getting help
Sign-up takes a couple of minutes and the account and booking page exist immediately. Existing customer lists import from a spreadsheet. There is nothing to install: Lumiperi runs in a browser on a computer, tablet or phone.

Support is by e-mail and WhatsApp on weekdays, in Turkish and English, from the team that builds the product rather than an outsourced desk. The interface itself is available in seven languages, including Arabic and Persian with right-to-left layout, so mixed teams are not forced to work in English.

A seven-day trial needs no credit card, and your data exports to CSV whenever you want it, including on the way out.
