ARPilot connects to QuickBooks Online, imports your open invoices, and writes the follow-up for each one — the right customer, the right amount, a payment link already in it, with the tone tracking how far before or past due the invoice sits. Messages are scheduled on the cadence you set and appear in a queue and calendar where you can preview the exact content, edit it, reschedule it, pause it, or cancel it before it goes. Nothing reaches a customer that you couldn't have seen first.

Every message carries a link to a branded invoice page with a Pay Now button — card or ACH, no login and no portal account for your customer. When payment lands, ARPilot's bank feed matches the deposit back to the invoice using a confidence-scored model, and the rest of that invoice's sequence cancels itself automatically.

When a customer can't pay in full, ARPilot offers installments instead of escalation. They enroll themselves from a secure link, and payments are charged automatically on the agreed dates, with optional early-payment discounts and default tracking.

Underneath, a per-tenant optimization engine learns from your own history — best send day, time of day, cadence, channel mix, template effectiveness, dispute risk, and which invoices are better served by a payment plan.
