# Factilix

German companies have had to accept electronic invoices since January 2025, and Belgium has required structured B2B invoicing since January 2026. France is phasing in the same obligation. For a business issuing five invoices a month, the usual answer, a full invoicing suite on annual subscription, is disproportionate.

Factilix works the other way round. Fill in a form or import a file, check the preview, and pay 3.90 EUR only when you download. No account, no subscription, no minimum. Steadier volume can move to 29 EUR a month for 20 invoices.

What you get is a file that has passed both structural validation and the complete EN 16931 business rule set. If either check fails, nothing is delivered: you see the errors instead, quoted by their official rule code, so your accountant or software vendor can act on them. The conversion is rule-based, with no AI and no interpretation, so identical input always produces identical output.

Formats follow the destination country: Factur-X and ZUGFeRD as hybrid PDF for France and Germany, UBL for Peppol in Belgium and the Netherlands. XRechnung is covered on both sides: any XRechnung file, in CII or UBL syntax, can be checked against the KoSIT rules, and XRechnung generation is available when the buyer is a German public body, which is where the format is required. For private German customers, ZUGFeRD remains the default. The VAT situations that trip up generic tools, small business exemption, reverse charge, export and zero rating, are mapped to the correct category code with the required legal wording.
