> Tentare is for Pilates studio owners in Spain who want to stop running the studio from spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups. It is built only for Pilates, and it works for a single-room studio as well as for studios with several locations.

A typical day looks like this: students book, cancel and join waitlists from the studio's own app, and freed-up spots are offered to the next person automatically. Regular students keep a fixed weekly spot that is booked for them every week. At the door, they show a permanent QR code and front desk or the instructor checks them in.

If an instructor calls in sick, Tentare looks for suitable replacements, contacts them and updates the schedule, and students are told about the change. The owner can approve each step or, on the Studio plan, let it run on its own.

Payments go through Stripe, by card or SEPA direct debit, directly into the studio's account, and Tentare takes no commission. Memberships and class packs renew automatically, failed payments are retried, and invoices are legally numbered, with optional Veri\*Factu records. Every change to money made by the team is logged.

Each role sees only what it needs: front desk, for example, does not see students' health notes. Instructors manage their schedule, availability, absences and attendance from their own section of the studio's app.

Tentare connects with Stripe, WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar, Kisi and Zoom. Moving from another platform is included in every plan, support is in Spanish, and plans start at 29 EUR per month with a 7-day free trial and no card required.
