Who it's for
Independent life, career and business coaches who have outgrown a patchwork of tools and want everything about a client in one place. Small practices where two or three coaches share a client base and need central oversight, shared records and consistent quality. And any coach or organisation for whom keeping client data inside Europe under strict data-protection law is a requirement, not a nice-to-have: Exantur is hosted entirely in the European Union, with row-level security at the database layer and a Data Processing Agreement available on request.

What makes it different
Most coaching tools start from scheduling and payments and treat notes as an afterthought. Exantur starts from the coaching relationship. Session notes are structured across observations, insights, breakthroughs and action points, so every session builds on the last instead of disappearing into a free-text box. Accountability is tracked across sessions with configurable between-session check-ins and habit tracking, so momentum is visible between meetings, not just during them. Clients set goals and milestones and complete Disc and Wheel of Life assessments, and everything is visible over time so progress can actually be shown.

The coachee portal
Each client gets a dedicated portal where they check in, track their goals, complete assessments and see the notes and documents you choose to share. It keeps clients engaged between sessions and gives them ownership of their journey, while your private coach notes stay private.

The practice essentials, included
The admin around the coaching is built in, not sold as separate add-ons: coaching programs, online booking with automatic session reminders, two-way Google and Outlook calendar sync, digital contracts with e-signature, and intake and assessment forms. Client invoicing runs through your own connected Stripe account with a zero percent platform fee, so European clients can pay the way they expect: by iDeal, Bancontact, Sepa direct debit or card, with valid tax invoices.

A privacy-first assistant (optional)
An optional assistant can draft session summaries, preparation briefs and end-of-engagement reports from your own notes. It runs on your own key and sends no client-identifying data to the model, so you get the time savings without handing your clients' information to a third party. It is entirely opt-in and off by default.

Security, support and plans
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is enforced with row-level security, and multi-factor authentication protects administrators. Support is provided by email and a knowledge base. Plans scale with your practice: from a single coach with a handful of clients, through a growing solo practice that wants automation, reporting and its own branding, up to a small team with white-label branding, team oversight and developer access.
