How it works across your whole chain:

• Field: a deliberately simple mobile app your cleaners will actually use — clock in and out per location, tick off checklists, add before/after photos. Multilingual, with Dutch, English, Polish and Romanian as standard, so every team member works in their own language.
• Clients: a branded portal where your clients view schedules, submit requests and approve quotes — fewer phone calls, more transparency.

What sets SchoonHub apart is quality management: VSR inspection rounds with scores per room, employee and location, complaint tracking with SLA monitoring, and a digital logbook that makes your quality demonstrable to clients.
