Every client gets their own workspace. Their Instagram and Facebook DMs and comments arrive in one inbox, sorted by what the person wants and how urgent it is, with reply drafts written in the client's own voice. Your team approves every reply before it sends.

When someone replies to a story, shares a post, or answers your reply to their comment, Inexra links that conversation to the post that started it. For the rest, it suggests the likely post and a teammate confirms it in a click. Leads and brand deals move along a simple pipeline and are credited back to that content, so a monthly report can say "the tasting menu reel started seven conversations and three booked."

The rest of the month lives in the same place. Plan posts by content pillar, schedule and bulk schedule for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, and bring designs in from Canva. Your client approves the whole month from one link, and connects their own accounts from another, without ever creating a login.

Reports start from a template, you write the summary in your own words, and the numbers freeze when you publish. Clients get a link or a PDF, and you can set a monthly goal per client so every report shows the result against it.

Inexra is a good fit for agencies of 3 to 20 people running organic social for lead-driven clients: restaurants, salons, contractors, consultants and coaches. It is not the right tool yet if you need LinkedIn, TikTok or X in the same inbox, or social listening.
