> Cyberheed is an agentic GRC platform built on a "compliance brain" that actually understands how your organization operates; not just a checklist tool. It continuously validates evidence against every framework at once, surfaces gaps as actionable work with clear owners and deadlines, and keeps your compliance posture current as things change, instead of going stale between audits. Rather than optimizing for the fastest path to a certificate, Cyberheed helps you build real security capability, so the certification follows naturally. With AI-powered features like automated evidence mapping across frameworks, policy review, and drift detection, it's designed to guide organizations through their entire security journey; from initial readiness to ongoing management. GRC, but smart.

### "Real Time Continuous Compliance and a Enterprise GRC Program" — 5.0/5

> **Heamasi** | *1 September 2026* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: What I like most is that Cyberheed gives us a clear roadmap for compliance rather than just being a tick box tool. The workflow management shows us what to work on next and provides a structured remediation pathway. A major time saver is being able to remediate a security control once and have that work mapped across multiple frameworks, rather than repeating the same evidence and input for each one. It feels like a proper Cyber Assurance Program for managing GRC, not simply a compliance checklist.
>
> **Cons**: There is a learning curve when you first start using the platform, but after the workshops, it was easy to understand the workflows and how the controls are mapped, and you start to see where the time savings come from.
>
> My overall experience with Cyberheed has been very positive. It has given us a much more structured way to manage GRC and understand what needs to be remediated next. I particularly like that I can stop working on compliance, come back later and easily pick up where I left off.

The AI has also been genuinely useful. In one case, I used Microsoft Copilot to generate a PowerShell script to remediate a security control, but the script didn't work. I then used the AI within Cyberheed, which provided a script specific to the control. I ran it successfully and remediated the issue. That experience showed me the difference between general purpose AI and AI that understands the compliance and remediation context.

Overall, Cyberheed has helped turn compliance from a largely manual exercise into a real time continuous compliance and manageable Cyber Assurance Program.

### "Strong on compliance and audit, still maturing on risk" — 4.0/5

> **Ahmed** | *2 September 2026* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Easy to get started with. The SmartPrep guided setup walks you through each compliance domain at your own pace, so it was usable without heavy onboarding. The strongest part for us is how easy it was to upload disorganised evidence in one zip file and the AutoMatch feature figured out sorting evidence against the controls in scope. Additional evidence that came in just followed the same approach. Evidence validation keep audit preparation tidy, with a clear audit trail. Being built with data residency in Australia made it an easy fit for our clients that require data to be geofenced, and the value for the capability has been strong relative to other platforms. Support has been super responsive when we have needed them.
>
> **Cons**: Risk management is the weak spot. It is still missing the risk module which we have been told is coming soon. Maintaining a live risk register outside the platform meant that there were some manual work for our team to do outside the platform. For a tool this strong on compliance and audit, closing that gap would take it to five stars.
>
> Almost a year of use across compliance and audit work, and it has become a good tool for engagement that come with a large set of disorganised evidence. Fast to adopt, strong on control mapping and evidence, and good value. The main reservation is risk management maturity. If that improves it will be hard to beat in this space.

### "Strong Evaluation and Security Maturity Insights" — 4.0/5

> **James** | *6 September 2026* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The Cyberheed platform provides very strong and robust security framework evaluation of our Information Security Management System and allows us to manage compliance against multiple security frameworks without needing to duplicate overlapping evidence or information.
>
> **Cons**: Cyberheed is a relatively new platform and while still growing, would definitely benefit from ways to integrate and automate collection of information and evidence from systems. A set of integrations have recently been published which I am very keen and excited to test out and use.
>
> Overall, my experience with the Cyberheed platform has been positive, saving several hours of time-consuming control framework mapping and validation, as well as identifying useful and valuable remediation insights to improve our management system operations and security maturity.

### "Keeps ISO 27001 audit-ready without the spreadsheet sprawl" — 4.0/5

> **Subodh** | *12 September 2026* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The ISO 27001:2022 control mapping is the strongest part. Annex A controls, the Statement of Applicability and the evidence behind each control sit in one place, so we are not chasing artefacts across shared drives when an audit comes around. Evidence and audit prep has been the biggest time saver: we can see what is current, what is missing and who owns it, instead of rebuilding the picture every cycle. Support and onboarding were also good. Implementation was hands-on and the people answering questions actually understand the standard rather than reading from a script.
>
> **Cons**: Little to fault for the way we use it. The main item on our wish list is tighter integration with Microsoft 365, since our ISMS library and a good deal of our evidence live in SharePoint and some of that still moves across manually.
>
> We run our ISMS on it as a consultancy working with regulated and government-facing clients in Australia, so our compliance posture has to stand up to scrutiny. Cyberheed has made ISO 27001:2022 a steady day-to-day process rather than a scramble before each audit. Control coverage, evidence and risk stay visible, and support has been responsive when we needed it. Worth a look for any team running ISO 27001 without a large dedicated GRC function.

### "Audit Readiness Made Simple" — 5.0/5

> **Verified Reviewer** | *31 August 2026* | Financial Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I found Cyberheed’s AI capabilities in Enterprise Compliance to be a real game changer. It made the entire process easier, whether it was checking policies and evidence or using the AI chat to clarify requirements and explain what evidence was needed. It honestly felt like having our own expert consultant on demand.

This reduced our audit readiness time by roughly 70%. The setup was very easy, and once the evidence was in place, future audits became far more manageable, with only periodic updates required depending on the control. Overall, Cyberheed on its own has been more than enough for our requirements.
>
> **Cons**: We have been using Cyberheed for over a year, and the experience has been very positive. The platform continues to evolve, with new features introduced every two to three months. Nothing to complain about.
