Trupeo fixes this without changing your address. You connect the mailbox your team already uses (Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365 or any IMAP mailbox). Your emails stay with your email provider. Each member signs in with their own login, which you remove when they leave.

The aim: every email handled, and you know who handled it. Every email has a state: To assign, In progress or Done. One click on "I'll take it" and the whole team sees who is on it. You leave a team note beside the email, mention a member, and see when someone is already replying. Replies go out from the shared address, and "Send and mark done" files the email in the same click. Scopes show each person only the email that concerns them. Each member chooses, case by case, what alerts them. On a phone, Trupeo installs on the home screen, with notifications.

The shared address book fills itself. You gather contacts into groups (volunteers, the board, parents, owners) and write to them at once: the group goes in Bcc, so nobody sees the others' addresses. The owner can keep contacts and groups up to date with Google Contacts or Outlook, both ways.

Trupeo also works with Claude and ChatGPT: your assistant reads, files and answers in the mailbox with your own rights, and asks you to confirm before it sends.
