The workflow is simple. Upload a file or import from Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, SharePoint or Box. Inwista returns an accurate, speaker-labeled transcript in about ten minutes per hour of audio, in any of 70+ languages. From there, the same project handles everything else: caption styling to match your brand, one-click broadcast-grade subtitle formatting, and subtitle translation into 70+ languages without exporting to another tool or re-uploading anything.

Editing is text-based. Delete a sentence from the transcript and the matching video is cut automatically, with a full revisions history if you need to step back. Custom glossaries keep names, product terms and industry vocabulary consistent across every language you publish in.

Deliverables cover what production and marketing teams actually need: SRT, VTT, TTML, TXT and HTML on every plan, CSV, DOCX and PDF on paid plans, and finished MP4 video with subtitles burned in at up to 4K. AI tools turn the same transcript into summaries, chapters, highlights and Q\&As, and images, video and music can be generated inside the editor.

For teams with existing pipelines, Inwista delivers finished files to Amazon S3 or Google Cloud Storage, posts notifications to Slack, and automates handoffs through webhooks.

Data handling is a deliberate differentiator. Inwista runs on its own servers inside the EU/EEA under GDPR — customer content is never shared with third parties and never used to train AI models, which matters for organizations handling interviews, internal recordings or regulated material.
