Core Check-In: Attendees are checked in within seconds using a browser-based QR code scanner (works directly from a smartphone or tablet camera), manual name search, or a live full-screen entry mode built for busy event doors. Event \& Attendee Management: Organizers can create events either by importing an existing guest list (CSV/Excel) or by opening ticket sales. Each event gets a customizable public registration page, a dashboard with live KPIs and attendee reports, and support for custom fields, tags, and plus-one guests. A global search lets teams find any attendee across all events.

Ticketing \& Payments: CheckinManager includes built-in ticket sales via Stripe Connect, with configurable ticket types, pricing, and quotas, QR-coded PDF tickets delivered by email, ticket transfers between attendees, and discount codes. Subscription billing for organizers (Free, Starter, and Pro plans) is also handled through Stripe, with self-service plan changes, cancellations, and downloadable invoices.

Self-Registration \& Communication: Public self-registration pages support double opt-in, custom branding, and configurable attendee limits. A dedicated invitation wizard lets organizers design and send branded email invitations with a live preview, track opens and sends, and follow up with reminders, all without leaving the platform.

Team \& Access Control: Role-based accounts (Admin, Staff, Check-In Only) let organizers bring their whole team onto an event without handing out more access than needed.
