What actually makes it different:

- Tamper-evident verified offers. Every price and opening is Ed25519-signed on your own domain (Vacation Rental Protocol) and recorded in a public, append-only transparency log (RFC 6962 Merkle tree). A guest — or an AI assistant like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity — can confirm an offer is authentic and untampered, on its own. The discovery standard behind it is registered in the IANA Well-Known URIs registry (provisional). This cryptographic proof is what "verified" means here.

- One net price, correct on every channel. You set your direct price once; connect an OTA and HemmaBo automatically grosses that channel's rate up by its fee (e.g. Airbnb ≈15.5%), so you net the same on every channel with zero manual per-channel math.

- Vera, your AI guest assistant, plus an on-site chat bubble that answers questions about your property in the guest's own language — 12 languages, Arabic included. You set the instructions, per-booking spending limits, and a full decision log; you choose how autonomous it is.

- Hands-off guest journeys: automatic pre-arrival emails, door-code release at the time you set, weather-aware extend-stay offers, post-stay review requests, and automatic returning-guest discounts.
