Primzy is built for one kind of business owner: the independent beauty professional who's done splitting their booth rent, commission, and client list three ways. If you're a hair stylist, nail tech, lash or brow artist, esthetician, makeup artist, braider, spray tan or PMU artist, or massage therapist running your own book of business, or a salon owner managing a small team, Primzy is the software layer for that, not a booking app bolted onto a marketplace.
Booking and client management: Your own booking page and shareable link, a full CRM built around client history and rebooking rather than just a calendar, and configurable deposit policies so you set the terms for your own business.
Getting paid: Tap to Pay lets you charge a card in person with just your phone, no separate card reader needed. Payments run through Stripe, including saved cards on file for repeat clients and no-show protection.
Growing beyond one on one appointments: Memberships and packages let you sell recurring or bundled services. Video Classes let you host and sell live classes to your own audience or Primzy's community as a second income stream, with no cost to host.
Running a team: Salon Mode adds staff scheduling, time clock, tip management, COI (certificate of insurance) tracking, and role based permissions, so salon owners can manage a small team without a separate piece of software.
Pricing: $40 per month covers the full platform. Bookings through your own link or shared profile are always 0% commission. Primzy only takes a cut (15%) on a brand new client's very first marketplace sourced booking, and 20% on Video Class sales when a class actually sells. Additional salon seats are $5 per month each. No lifetime price locks or hidden tiers.
