The PMS plan covers reservations, folio and billing, rate plans, housekeeping, night audit, accounting and cashiering, channel distribution and the commission-free direct booking engine, plus hosting, backups, updates, setup and migration. It also includes HAIP AI and the built-in decision agents for revenue, dynamic pricing, overbooking, cancellation risk, night-audit anomaly detection and housekeeping - deterministic engines with logged, auditable decisions rather than a chatbot.

Remy is the AI co-pilot add-on: an assistant inside the PMS that answers questions about your property and acts on it through the system's own tools - checking channels, looking up rate plans, working on your booking website. Longer answers come back as a plan you can copy or work from, and suggested changes arrive as action cards you approve or reject rather than being applied behind your back. You can attach files - rate sheets, migration notes, spreadsheets, PDFs, even a photo of a printed sheet - and Remy reads them into the conversation. It will tell you when it does not know rather than inventing an answer.

Hosting is available in both the EU and the US. Support runs 24/7; outside normal business hours we respond within 4 to 6 hours. HAIP is already running in properties in Brazil, Germany and Croatia.

The core platform is also free and open source under Apache 2.0 at github.com/TelivityAI/haip for operators who would rather self-host. HAIP Cloud is for those who want the same platform without running the infrastructure.
