> **Pros**: SugarBot has cut my documentation time dramatically. It listens during the appointment and generates clean, accurate SOAP notes without me having to type a word. It's freed up a noticeable amount of time at the end of each day that used to go entirely to charting.

> **Cons**: It occasionally misses or garbles dental-specific terminology (tooth numbers, specific procedures), so I still have to review and correct each note before signing off. It also struggles a bit in a noisy operatory with multiple people talking at once.
> 
> SugarBot has been a solid addition to our workflow at Hannon Family Dentistry. I'd recommend it to other practices looking to reduce the administrative burden of note-taking, as long as you build in a quick review step. Great value for the money as well.

> **Pros**: I most like the customization for various chart notes. I also know I made the right choice, because I occasionally overhear my team spontaneously saying "This Sugarbot is freakin' awesome."

> **Cons**: There is a small learning curve on getting the microphones set up. Like within 2 days, we were 100% set.

> I previously was using Plaud AI for my chart notes, and found out about Sugarbot. I gave it a try, and my team LOVES this way better. It's tailored so much better for dentistry than just a generic overview, and it saves my team time and saves me money, and yet my charts are even better documented than ever.
