> Bite2u is a complete point of sale for restaurants, bars and cafés. It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer — there is no hardware to buy and nothing to install.&#10;&#10;Order entry&#10;Waiters take the order at the table on any device. Each line is routed automatically to the station that has to prepare it, so the kitchen sees food and the bar sees drinks, and the ticket prints at each one. Orders can be recalled after they have been fired, modified, moved between tables, transferred to another waiter or merged when two tables join. Product variants and extras are handled at the moment of ordering.&#10;&#10;Kitchen and bar&#10;Separate screens for kitchen and bar, each showing only what it has to prepare, with its own status: pending, preparing, ready. When the printer is offline the tickets queue and print by themselves as soon as it comes back, so no order is ever lost.&#10;&#10;QR ordering at the table&#10;The guest scans the QR on the table, sees the live menu in their own language, orders and pays from their phone. It works alongside normal table service, not instead of it — the same table can be served both ways.&#10;&#10;Delivery and takeaway&#10;Your own delivery, with drivers, zones and route assignment, and takeaway with pickup times. Every order arrives in the same place as the rest, and the money goes straight to the restaurant's account.&#10;&#10;Payments&#10;Cash, card and online. Split the bill by guest or by item, mixed payments in a single ticket, and dynamic tips that the restaurant configures. Refunds are handled from the same screen.&#10;&#10;Cash register&#10;Cash register by shift with handover between staff: the outgoing waiter counts, the incoming one signs, and the system records who had the drawer and what the difference was. The owner sees the expected amount in the drawer live from their own panel, plus discrepancies broken down by staff member.&#10;&#10;Reports&#10;Sales by hour, by product and by channel.
