What makes it different
The point of sale and the accounting are the same engine, not two products glued together. Every bill, expense, staff advance, salary and bank transfer posts straight into a customisable chart of accounts, so Trial Balance, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, receivable and payable ageing and the fixed-asset register stay live all day. A built-in Books Health Check re-verifies the ledger daily and flags anything that does not tie out, and the day-close Z-Report reconciles the drawer before you go home.

Billing that does not stop
Checkout keeps working when the internet drops: bills are queued on the device and sync automatically the moment the connection returns, so you get the convenience of the cloud without depending on it. Split payments, split-staff commission on a single ticket, partial payments, holds and voids are all supported, and every edit, void and approval is written to a full activity log with the reason and the user who made it.

Staff and payroll
Staff clock in by face recognition, passcode or biometric machine (ZKTeco, eSSL, Realtime and other push devices connect directly, with no extra vendor cloud fee). Payroll then calculates base pay, service and product commission, tips, overtime, late rules, advances and loan instalment recovery, and issues payslips. Final settlement is worked out to the exact resignation date.
