> MuniBilling is a utility billing solution for governments and private utility providers. It offers features such as a customer portal, online payments and meter integration. The solution allows users to give access to customers, so they can check their monthly usage and account history.


In the system, users can distribute documents, receive customer service requests and take payments from customers through a web portal. Users can also create and track service orders and keep records of conversations with customers. Customers can also set up monthly automatic payments.


MuniBilling allows users to set up workflows for the most frequently performed tasks. It has a built-in ratio utility billing system (R.U.B.S). Users can create and track pay plans for customers with outstanding balances and can generate late fees for delayed payments based on pre-set parameters.

We manage Electric, Water/Sewer and NGas systems all through metered use and Solid Waste through fixed charges and MuniBilling performs beautifully.

The best thing about the system is the people the take care of the customers.  Systems mean nothing without strong people behind them.  The front line person and their ability and attitude reflect on the entire organization and the team at MuniBilling is first class.
