> Line2 is a cloud-based phone system that provides assistance in calling and messaging. It is suitable for small businesses. Line2 offers standard PBX features, including a dial-by-name directory, an auto attendant, call forwarding, after-hours call handling and call blocking.&#10;&#10;&#10;The calling module helps users to dial contacts, forward calls, port numbers and make calls using wi-fi. Users can choose a number from multiple area codes, port existing numbers, get toll free numbers and design their own vanity number. Users can also design their own IVR system with an auto attendant feature in which there is a digital receptionist which describes voice menu system so that calls are routed and answered.&#10;&#10;&#10;Lin2’s messaging feature allows users to communicate with people one-on-one and with multiple groups via SMS, MMS and similar means.&#10;&#10;&#10;Pricing is on a per month subscription basis.
