Also when we need processes changed that work for ourselves this has proven to be lengthy process. The incorporation of Intercom for guides and help via instant chat is particularly helpful. > > **Cons**: Clarus is a solid warehouse management system, but it would benefit from more integrations with tools like PowerBI and Zapier. The system's reporting and labeling could also be more configurable to better suit our specific needs. While the side menu is functional, it could be made more user-friendly, perhaps with the addition of a full application menu landing page.
