Two premium layers go further: Grid Zenith (AI property-health scoring and portfolio narratives) and Grid Apogee (auditor-ready compliance logs for NFPA-25 fire pumps, EPA-608 refrigerant, ASME boilers and elevators, NFPA-110 generators, and backflow).
