It is built for the person who teaches and also does the admin: the owner who answers booking messages between classes, keeps attendance in a notebook and chases unpaid monthly fees at the end of the month. GesYoga replaces that patchwork with one system for schedules, bookings, attendance, payments and invoicing.

The software fits three profiles. Independent instructors who need a timetable, online booking and clean invoicing without a heavy setup. Growing studios with a handful of teachers, class packs and monthly memberships to keep track of. And established centres with several rooms or locations, unlimited teachers, and recurring fees collected by direct debit.

Day to day

Studios build their timetable by class type, level, room and instructor, and set how many places each session has. Students book or cancel from a web portal or the mobile app, within the notice period the studio defines, and move automatically onto a waiting list when a class is full. Instructors see their own classes and take attendance from their phone. Every student has a profile with bookings, attendance history, the sessions left on their class pack, invoices and payment status, so the question "has she paid this month?" takes one search instead of a scroll through a spreadsheet.

Billing and Spanish compliance

Memberships, class packs and drop-in sessions each have their own rates. Recurring fees can be charged automatically and collected by direct debit with bank remittance files, or paid by card through Stripe or PayPal, by bank transfer, Bizum or cash. Invoices are issued in line with Spain's VeriFactu regulation. The platform can run in a CRM mode for student administration without invoicing, or in a full ERP mode with billing, so a centre can start simple and switch when it needs to.

Beyond the timetable

GesYoga also covers workshops, retreats and one-off events with their own registration and payment, contact segmentation and bulk email for reaching students who have stopped coming, and reports on occupancy by time slot, attendance and income that show which classes to keep and which to move. Access is controlled by role, data is encrypted, and backups run on a schedule.

Getting started and support

New centres are guided through setup and can import their student list from a CSV file rather than retyping it. Support is available by email and through the help centre, with priority email support on the Profesional plan and priority phone support on Enterprise. A free trial is available and no credit card is required to start it.

Plans

Three subscription tiers, Personal, Profesional and Enterprise, differ by the number of students, contacts and instructors included and by support channel. Annual billing costs less than monthly. The software runs in the cloud with nothing to install, and the interface is in Spanish.

Y para lso alumnso teine una App que es la facil e  intuitiva de utilizar para lso alumnos. El soporte responde muy rápido cuando surge cualquier duda. Además, evoluciona continuamente incorporando nuevas funciones.
