Who it is for
Owner-operated businesses with one to twenty staff in Germany, Austria and Switzerland that still run the diary on paper, or in a tool that does not talk to the till. If you are typing the same appointment into a calendar, a customer file and a cash register, that is the gap Terminz closes.

What you get
Customers book around the clock on your own booking page, which you set up without a developer. Availability comes from your team's rotas, so a double booking cannot happen. The shared calendar runs in day, week, month and agenda views with drag-and-drop rescheduling. Rotas, holiday requests, time tracking and per-employee commission sit in the same system.

The till is where Terminz differs from most booking tools. German law requires every electronic cash register to run a certified technical security device, the TSE, under the Kassensicherungsverordnung. With Terminz the TSE is part of the point-of-sale plan rather than an add-on module or something tied to hardware rental. Receipts, end-of-day closing, refunds and vouchers are covered, and the DATEV export goes straight to the tax adviser. Card payments run through Stripe Terminal, and an existing reader can be reused.

Customer records carry history, notes and spend per location. Review requests go out after the appointment, and marketing runs with documented consent.

Getting started and support
The import reads the export formats of Shore, Treatwell, Fresha, Timify and SimplyBook automatically, with duplicate detection, so switching does not mean retyping your customer list. Support is by email and phone, in German and English, from the people who build the product. There is a 30-day trial, no setup fee and no commission per booking. Development, hosting and data storage all take place in Germany.
