Work Order Management
Create work orders from the office or in the field and assign them to individual technicians or crew teams. Field crews receive notifications on their phones, can view job details, log hours, add materials, attach photos and documents, and update job status in real time. Managers see the full picture across all active jobs from a single dashboard view.

Scheduling and Crew Coordination
Schedule jobs by date and assign them to the right technicians. Crew members receive assignment notifications and access their scheduled jobs from the mobile app. Subcontractors can be tracked separately from in-house employees, with hours and costs logged independently per work order.

Time and Labor Tracking
Technicians clock in and out on individual work orders directly from the mobile app. Hours are logged against the job, giving managers accurate labor cost data without manual time sheets. Custom labor rate calculations can be configured per work order type using the Custom Calculations formula builder.

Materials and Job Costing
Log materials against work orders as they are used on the job. The materials tracker feeds directly into invoicing and job cost summariesthe field and the office. The Pricebook lets contractors build a catalog of standard services and materials with preset prices that can be
pulled into invoices and work orders.

Generate invoices directly from completed work orders, with tracked labor hours and materials

Clients are created as QuickBooks Customers automatically on the first sync, with no manual re-entt and accounting.
