It is self-service: sign up and set it up yourself, with no sales call or implementation project. Each vendor has one record shared across your sites, with contracts, SLAs, documents, jobs, ratings and invoices. When you book a job, Evalystar flags vendors already under contract for it, ranks the others by past ratings and drafts the quote request. On-site staff rate completed work from an email link, no app or account needed. Contract clauses sit beside the work actually delivered, so compliance gaps surface before renewal. Vendor invoices are checked against the contract and the job record to stop overpayment, and at contract end you can see whether the vendor met its terms. Free is permanent with unlimited sites, users and vendors; Pro is $99 USD per site per month; Enterprise is quoted.
