## Reviews

### "Helpful Support and Steady Improvements" — 4.0/5

> **Leona** | *16 March 2026* | Nonprofit Organisation Management | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Customer support has been very helpful. When an issue wasn’t clear, they arranged quick video calls to resolve it. The webinars and Academy trainings are also great for staying up to date.
>
> **Cons**: Originally, it wasn’t easy to use because there was a lot to learn. When we moved from Moodle to the Learning Pool LMS, it helped that the two systems were similar in some ways.
>
> Overall, my experience has been excellent with very few issues. Customer support is responsive and helpful, and the webinars and Academy trainings make it easy to stay up to date with new features and explore tools I haven’t tried yet.

### "A reliable and flexible platform supporting organisational learning" — 5.0/5

> **Stella** | *25 March 2026* | Nonprofit Organisation Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, which supports strong adoption across the organisation. It provides a solid foundation to manage and promote learning in one place, and the reporting functionality gives us useful insight into engagement and completion. I also value the flexibility it offers, particularly in how we can structure content, create learning pathways, and align learning to organisational priorities. The support from the Learning Pool team has been consistent and helpful, which strengthens the overall experience.
>
> **Cons**: The platform can feel complex initially, particularly when setting up more advanced features. We have also experienced a few technical issues, mainly with xAPI tracking. However, these were resolved quickly with support, so the impact has been limited.
>
> Overall, the experience has been positive. The platform provides a reliable and flexible solution that supports our learning strategy and has enabled us to increase engagement and visibility of learning across the organisation. While there have been some initial complexities and minor technical issues, these have been manageable and well supported. It continues to meet our needs and offers opportunities to further enhance how we deliver and track learning.

### "Helped us get our compliance training under control" — 4.0/5

> **Christine** | *30 June 2026* | Marketing & Advertising | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Reporting is the main reason I'd tell someone to look into this. It took me a little while to figure out where everything lived, but once I did, checking completion rates and pulling stuff for managers got a lot less painful. I emailed support once because I couldn't get a report to show up the way I wanted, they got back to me within a day or so and pointed me in the right direction. Didn't have to go back and forth much. The help articles covered most of what I needed too, though I think I found them more by accident than anything.
>
> **Cons**: Exporting bigger reports is still kind of a pain. If I'm pulling numbers for a few teams at once it can take a while longer than I'd like, and there's been a couple times I'm just sitting there waiting on it when I'm trying to get out the door. Not a huge deal most days, but annoying when you're in a rush. Also some of the reporting options aren't named in a way that makes it obvious what they actually do, I've clicked into the wrong one more than once before landing on what I actually needed.
>
> We switched to Learning Pool earlier this year because tracking mandatory training in spreadsheets had basically stopped working for us too many people, too many courses, too easy for things to fall through the cracks. My job is mostly making sure people actually finish the training they're supposed to, so I'm in the reporting section more than anywhere else in the system. Honestly the biggest difference is just being able to see who's overdue at a glance instead of digging through files or chasing people down by email.

### "Great customer service\!" — 4.0/5

> **Cathryn** | *12 October 2023* | Retail | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Customer service is second to none, the team are fantastic\!
>
> **Cons**: Sometimes the speed of the platform lets it down.

### "LMS in the Care Sector" — 5.0/5

> **Katie** | *13 October 2023* | Individual & Family Services | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The platform has so much to offer and I'm still learning after years of working on the system. There is a vast catalogue of online learning and its easy to use. The information is presented clearly and precise making it user friendly for users of all abilities. There are many different report/data functions, which has made keeping on top of compliance a lot more efficient.
>
> **Cons**: The system can run slow as the reports/data gets larger, we have noticed this across the organisation, despite different wi-fi connections/speeds.There is slight duplication on the system, which can be confusing for example there will be multiple options to complete a task.
