> **Pros**: We are a digital agency, so we evaluate software for us and our clients constantly and I am used to tools that need proper onboarding or even a project plan before you start working with them. With Signivo that wasn’t the case at whatsoever. I created the account, connected our workspace, tweaked a template to my liking, and had it live across the whole team before my coffee went cold. &#10;&#10;What sold me technically is that the output actually survives contact with real mail clients. We build HTML for a living and we know how easily signatures break (wrong spacing, blown-up logos, layouts collapsing on mobile, etc.). What I designed in the editor is what lands in the recipient's inbox, on desktop and on phones. Names, job titles and contact details pull straight from our directory, so when something changes centrally it is simply correct everywhere, without me chasing anybody.&#10;&#10;The biggest help, however, is with new joiners to the company. Someone starts, and their signature is right there waiting on day one. That used to be a small, but still annoying task that always landed on someone's desk and was always done slightly differently.

> **Cons**: The template library is currently on the smaller side. However, it covers everything we need, and is merely a wish, not an actual obstacle. It is a young product and I would rather have this than a bloated tool with loads of features nobody uses.

> Email signatures are the kind of problem that never justifies a project. It is too small to prioritise and too visible to ignore, so it sits there for years while the versions drift apart. Ours had reached the point where I could tell roughly when someone had joined by looking at their signature.&#10;&#10;We looked at the established options first, and they were built for organisations several sizes larger than ours, coming with more administration than the problem deserves, at prices that made the whole thing feel absurd for a team of our size. Signivo does exactly the one thing, does it properly, and is adequately priced. For an agency where nearly every client touchpoint runs through email, having a consistent, current signature on every message is not cosmetic, it is part of how we are perceived.
