> Lean by STRASYS lets process owners run a Lean diagnostic on any process without hiring a consultant: map the steps, and the app identifies waste, sizes the savings and builds a prioritised project list.

Map any process
Create a process and enter staff, shifts, work and break times, daily production and customer demand. Add each step in sequence and classify it as Value-Added, Incidental or Waste.

Characterise and measure
Mark each step as Stable, Bottleneck, Defect, Overburden (Muri), Unevenness (Mura), Process Optimization or Standardization Issue. Enter current and target time, distance and inventory, and choose a potential solution from the 28-tool reference library.

Improvement projects, generated
Every non-stable step becomes an improvement project with a suggested method such as Bottleneck Analysis, Poka-Yoke, Standard Work or Heijunka. A process is complete only when every project reaches 100%.

Headcount savings
Lean calculates the staff a process needs at current demand, the Optimum HC Index and the headcount saved after improvement, from your own measurements.

Before and After Scorecard
Six dimensions side by side: total time, value time, incidental time, waste time, distance and inventory.

Also included: a Solutions Center with 24 problem-solving methods and a method advisor, organisation-wide analytics, read-only share links, and six standalone tools (Stopwatch, 7 Muda, OEE, 5 Whys, Takt Time, 5S Audit).
