> **Pros**: They built for our business a custom check out automized e-commerce experience for each one of our customers.  \[sensitive content hidden\]	 has been very helpful anwering all our clients questions. Having her at all hours of the day and actually helping to sell online products while we are not attending the website or cellphone has been a blessing.

> **Cons**: Sometimes there were a few mistakes with setup of valentina as she learnt our business. We were told however that this is normal and th AI agent needs to be trained correctly for perfect production.
