VoxGuard screens all unknown callers using the same verification process, regardless of the caller's history. Automated systems and robocalls cannot pass the voice prompt, as they are unable to respond to the verification request. The app provides a call history with recordings and transcripts of all screened calls. An optional feature allows users to hear the caller's recorded reason as the ringtone. Screening settings can be customized and toggled on or off through the app's interface.
