The software includes a Virtual Canvas that allows users to annotate images with text and graphical elements. The canvas automatically expands as needed without manual adjustments. Centralized image management includes search functionality by category and keywords, filtering options, and a visual dashboard for tracking usage. Sharing tools support multiple platforms, and the software includes a presentation builder compatible with PowerPoint templates and an integrated slideshow mode.
