CWS Platform is built on an API-first headless architecture with multiple REST services. It supports multi-tenant, multi-brand, and multi-stock configurations. The platform manages complex commercial scenarios, including hierarchical discount thresholds, multiple payment methods such as credit and barter, flexible delivery options with CIF and FOB terms, and various product compositions. The Marketplace Center and Seller Center modules enable ecosystem governance with intelligent buybox functionality. The Analytics Hub provides negotiation data across transactional, declarative, behavioral, conversational, and AI cataloging dimensions.
