Who it suits: an owner-managed UAE company, typically 5 to 50 staff, VAT-registered, with stock or staff or both. Restaurants and cafes, retail and hypermarkets, trading and wholesale, contracting, real estate offices, and accounting firms managing several client books.

What it does: accounting, VAT, invoicing, inventory, point of sale, e-commerce, CRM, HR and WPS payroll on one ledger. One action updates everything - raise an invoice, and stock, the customer balance, the VAT and the revenue all move together, once.

The UAE specifics that usually decide the fit:
- VAT at 5% on every transaction, with VAT 201 as a report you run rather than a file you assemble.
- WPS payroll that produces the SIF file your bank expects, generated from your own employee records.
- Corporate tax records with an audit trail behind every figure.
- E-invoicing: XRERO structures invoice data for the UAE mandate (PINT AE). XRERO is not an Accredited Service Provider; that list is published by the Ministry of Finance.
- Arabic and English on the same invoice, with right-to-left designed in rather than translated on.
- Emirates ID tracking and end-of-service gratuity calculation.
