> CineFlow is production management software designed for the specific demands of film, television, and commercial productions. It gives production teams a single platform to manage scheduling, crew, gear, documents, and set operations, with all data connected so that updates reflect automatically across the entire production. The gear management module calculates power draw and weight totals from the equipment list automatically. This is critical for location shoots, generator hire, and truck loading. The live set tracking feature shows real-time progress against the scheduled day, giving producers and ADs immediate visibility into whether the shoot is on track. Integrated weather monitoring flags forecast conflicts with exterior shoot days, prompting the production to consider rescheduling before the day arrives. 

Built-in canvas and diagram tools are pre-loaded with the production's existing assets, enabling quick creation of floor plans, shot diagrams, and visual plans without external applications. All project documents, including permits, release forms, and location agreements, are stored within the project and accessible to the relevant crew. CineFlow is suited to production companies, independent filmmakers, advertising and branded content agencies, and film education institutions.
