# MentorStack

> MentorStack is employee mentoring software for lean L\&D and Talent teams whose active manual program or limited pilot is ready to serve more people.

A working pilot creates a good problem. More employees want access, another team wants its own cohort, or leadership wants evidence before approving a wider rollout. The program owner must then repeat matching, invitations, follow-up, intervention, and reporting without a dedicated operations team.

MentorStack moves that repeated work into one system. PAIR scores mentor and mentee fit across skills, goals, seniority, availability, and cross-functional department diversity (cross-functional fit on Growth and above, when the organization enables it). Admins review recommendations before matches go live. Cohorts, templates, goals, meetings, messages, and surveys give 1:1, group, circle, and reverse mentoring a repeatable structure. A public application form lets prospective mentors and mentees apply directly, and an admin reviews every application.

Engagement signals surface inactive matches, and an admin can send a one-click nudge when a pair stalls. The AI Copilot supports meeting preparation, session summaries, and goal suggestions. Reporting and export start on the Starter plan. Scheduled reports, HRIS connections, SSO and SAML, and custom branding start on the Growth plan. SCIM provisioning is not supported.

Pricing is published and signup is self-service. The Free Pilot plan supports up to 10 participants. MentorStack is a web application, and support is by email.
