## Reviews

### "Easy-to-Use Platform for Reputation and Review Monitoring" — 5.0/5

> **OSAROGIE** | *12 June 2026* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: What I liked most about Subsig was its centralized approach to reputation management and review monitoring. The platform organizes reviews, social platforms, brands, and reputation insights into a single dashboard, making it easy to navigate and understand. The interface is clean, professional, and beginner-friendly, which helped me quickly locate the available features and understand the platform's purpose.
>
> **Cons**: The test workspace contained limited sample data, which made it difficult to fully evaluate some features such as review monitoring, analytics, and brand performance tracking. Providing sample data or a guided onboarding experience would help new users better understand the platform's capabilities.
>
> My overall experience with Subsig was positive. Account setup was straightforward, and the platform was easy to navigate. The dashboard structure made it simple to locate reviews, brands, social platforms, and reputation management features. Although the workspace contained limited data during testing, the platform appears useful for businesses that want to monitor reviews, track brand mentions, and manage their online reputation from a single location.

### "Subsig Makes It Easy to Gather Reviews Across the Web" — 5.0/5

> **Marco** | *16 June 2026* | Internet | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I like how I was able to see the reviews of my business. Also, I really like how I'm able to see the reviews of my competitors.
>
> **Cons**: I didn't like how the data was too slow to sync. They need to announce that the data will take some time as a heads up.

### "Subsig Makes Review Monitoring Easy and Helps Boost AI Search Visibility" — 4.0/5

> **Jonathan** | *9 June 2026* | Information Services | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10
>
> **Pros**: As a new user of subsig and a freelance web dev, I can make subsig a tool to help my client websites boost in AI search recommendations, traffic and socials networks. Using the subsig dashboard i can easily track reviews in brands even add my own brand and clients brand for monitoring and for improvements even for their competitors.
>
> **Cons**: One improvement is subsig is a web based so it should be mobile responsive and can have more UI features, also for a new user adding a brand it could be a bit confusing.
>
> Subsig could help me boost my brand or my client websites for AI search recommendations, Traffic and Social networks.

### "Simple, Effective Tool for Reputation Management" — 5.0/5

> **Nikolai** | *18 June 2026* | E-Learning | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Subsig has been a handy way to keep track of reviews and mentions across multiple platforms without having to jump between different services. The design is clean, the navigation is simple and it takes no time at all to get started. I really like the ability to see how your brand compares to competitors and get alerts on important reviews. I would certainly recommend it to anyone in charge of product reputation management overall.
>
> **Cons**: My only suggestion would be to extend the trial period a little, as one week may not be enough to fully explore all the features. However, the free plan (which provides basic features) makes it easier to stick with the platform and then decide whether a paid subscription is worth it or not.
>
> Subsig is easy and effortless to use right from day one. The setup was quick, the dashboard is intuitive and features like competitor tracking and review alerts have been especially useful. I think it’s made reputation management a lot more organized generally.

### "AI Search Visibility and Brand Management Tool" — 4.0/5

> **Salina** | *7 July 2026* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10
>
> **Pros**: A client asked me about AI search visibility, so this is the first tool I'm trying. I liked that this platform combines multiple functions like CRM for reviews and social media mentions, analytics, and competitor analysis. The native AI search tool is very quick and can give a view of weeks or months of data. There was only a simple video that really walked you through the platform but the tool is simple enough that playing around with it for a while was enough for me to understand how the software operated. I also really like that when I signed up I wasn't immediately forced to enter all of my credentials because that would be time consuming, instead the AI just searched for my accounts and made requests for access. I like that I can review my data, competitors data and make comparisons in one or two dashboards since the brand reviews and social media mentions are separated into their own dashboard and categories instead of lumped all together.
>
> **Cons**: Some places are lacking headers or titles so some of the website functionality could be a little confusing or I had to put in manual work to find out more information when a header or hover label could easily help - for example on the reviews dashboard, when it pulls reviews from different sites, it doesn't tell you which site its coming from and only uses the logo of the site, so I'd have to click the links just to see where my reviews are coming from, but a hover logo could solve this issue. I think that this is a good tool for a company with an established brand presence as the value for money won't be great if you don't have much presence online, otherwise your insights may be skewed from limited data.
