> **Pros**: Honestly, the only positive aspect was the marketing and the promises made beforehand — the service was advertised as reliable and well-suited for delivering SMS, which sounded great on paper. Unfortunately, none of that held up in actual use.

> **Cons**: Actual delivery to German numbers was poor — most messages never reached recipients despite showing as DELIVERED in the backend, and after I requested a refund, customer support went completely silent and never responded.

> I used EasySendSms to send verification codes to German mobile numbers, and unfortunately I cannot recommend the service.
The main problem: a large proportion of the SMS messages never reached the recipients — yet the very same messages were shown as "DELIVERED" in the backend. This discrepancy between the reported status and the actual delivery makes the service unusable for any serious purpose. For verification codes in particular, where reliable delivery is essential, this is a dealbreaker.
I requested a refund as a result. To this day I have neither received the money back nor had any response from customer service. My messages simply go unanswered.
Bottom line: unreliable delivery, misleading delivery reports, and a support team you can't reach. I would advise against using this service.
