They provide solutions for the day-to-day issues we encounter and help us resolve them using AI in a fast and efficient manner.&#10;&#10;They take all our biggest pain points as IT  and our manual tasks, taking care of them for us so that we can free up our time for more important daily projects.&#10;&#10;I loved that the process of building the platform for us is truly personalized, there is a lot of listening to the customer, and they make sure to solve every issue or claim we raise along the way.&#10;&#10;The product can be customized very quickly and easily, allowing us to use it in whatever way is most convenient for us.

We built it together with the Harmony team, who were very attentive to our needs, but ultimately, it wasn't a pre-built feature in their product yet. As a result, it was a basic Asset Management tool without many of the features we actually needed.&#10;&#10;I am sure that they have progressed and evolved since then, and that their Asset Management looks completely different today. Ultimately, they fulfill customer requests as quickly as possible and are growing and developing at a rapid pace.
