> **Pros**: It's an easy-to-setup product; you can connect your entire tech stack in 30–60 minutes, and overall, it is a very user-friendly system. It is also incredibly helpful to have both asset management and an ITSM system combined into a single tool, as it gives you full context about the assets a employe has. Additionally, the peripheral accessory discovery and AI IT support assistant are great features that save a lot of time.

> **Cons**: The only downside is that they currently do not have auto-discovery with spend management systems. However, I am sure this gap will be closed soon. That said, it's not a big deal—you can still simply drop in your PDF invoices, and all the data will be mapped automatically.

> I had a great overall experience. It has a good UX/UI and is a modern product with integrations for most of the popular SaaS tools used by companies today.

> **Pros**: First and foremost the best part of Harmony is the ability for the Harmony agent to automate the quick and easy tickets. Particularly in my environment it cuts down on a massive amount of tickets for us that we would manually need to handle before.&#10;&#10;The 'easy' tickets like access issues, or computer lockouts, or simple troubleshooting tickets are easily solved by harmony. Normally we'd have to manually give access, or give the user troubleshooting steps. But now harmony handles that for us - very quickly as well.
