ArtisanSmart generates invoices in native Factur-X, the European format used for French e-invoicing: receiving e-invoices has been mandatory since September 2026, and issuing them becomes mandatory for small businesses in September 2027. ArtisanSmart is connected to Pennylane, a certified e-invoicing platform, at no extra cost.

ArtisanSmart is a mobile-first application for iPhone and Android, with an interface built for use in the field, including on sites with no network. It allows quote creation directly from the job site and supports multi-project management with independent or consolidated billing. A mobile document library organises quotes, invoices, photos and certificates by client and project. A library of pre-filled construction works by trade helps create templates and professional estimates, and legal mentions such as insurance details are added to documents automatically.

Data is stored on secure servers in Europe, with GDPR compliance and automatic daily backups.

Solo Pro costs 29 EUR excl. VAT per month, with no commitment. A Team plan at 59 EUR excl. VAT per month is coming in November 2026. A 14-day free trial is available without a credit card.
