> **Pros**: What I liked most about CollaborationRoom.ai is the real-time visibility it gives me into my team’s activity. I can monitor my agents live, see exactly what they’re working on, and step in immediately when needed. The ability to communicate with individuals or the entire team in real time makes coaching and support much more efficient. It creates a strong sense of control, transparency, and instant collaboration that’s incredibly valuable for managing performance. Bonus I have used there login session for payroll which is great for accountability.

> **Cons**: One limitation is that not all functionality fully supports our operational needs, particularly for workforce management. For example, our WFM team is unable to monitor all agents in a single unified view and must switch between multiple rooms, which impacts efficiency.&#10;&#10;Secondly would be sleep detection alert

Shifting from in-office to remote would have been impossible without Collaboration Room and it allowed us to maintain a high level of employee productivity. It also helps us retain that 'team' feeling even though we are working from home now.
