This takes the place of many different platfomrs and the ones it doesnt take the place of it integrates with. It ties our business goals, and KPIs into the day to day operations seamlessly. It makes estimating and presentation as easy as it can be. The support is next level, they want to see us succeed as a business. > > **Cons**: Its a new platform and that comes with migration and setup. They are making it very easy, as easy as this project can be, but it's still CRM migration. We definitely won't need another, this one will take us to the next level and beyond. > > ContractorHUB has changed how our team operates. The mobile and iPad app has been a game changer in the field, SOPs, KPIs, checklists, job info stored right where the crew needs them, estimating feels way easier with the measurements and estimating tools, our crews aren't leaving the site without being able to give a quote. Love the good, better, best building feature. You can tell a contractor designed this system, it feels, moves, and operates the way someone who's actually run a contracting business would build it. There are things in here that don't exist in other platforms because they only make sense if you've actually lived this industry. Every time we talk to anyone on the ContractorHUB team, you can tell they get it, they've been there, and they built this because they saw the gaps firsthand. The bigger shift for us has been visibility. Our day to day used to mean seventeen windows open just to run the business, and balls get dropped no matter how hard we try. The scheduling alone has helped a ton with keeping subs on the same page way less of the “wait I thought I was coming tuesday” conversations. Being able to keep progress photos tied to each job has been huge for us. Had a homeowner try to say we scratched their floor and I just pulled up timestamped pics from before demo even started. That alone probably paid for it. Also gotta say, the team behind it actually listens when you bring stuff up, not just nodding and moving on. > > **Cons**: Still missing a few things that would really make it perfect for renovation work. Would love a real client portal so homeowners can see progress and approve selections without me being the go-between all the time. Change order tracking with signatures would be big too that’s where most of my headaches come from.
