Every document is sealed with an Adobe-trusted digital signature the moment you send it, before anyone signs. Each signature is then added as its own sealed, timestamped revision, so the finished PDF opens in Adobe with a green "Signature Valid" tick and any later change is visible. A full audit trail records email verification, IP address and device fingerprint for every signer. Signatures are legally valid under South Africa's ECT Act, eIDAS (EU) and ESIGN/UETA (US).

NomaSign runs on the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account you already have. Signing invites are sent from your own Outlook or Gmail address, so they land in inboxes rather than spam. Documents are stored in your own cloud (OneDrive, SharePoint or Google Drive), and recipients autofill from your contacts. Your signers don't need an account or an app: they click a link and sign on any device, usually in under a minute.

Day to day, you get unlimited documents and signers under a fair-use policy, reusable templates, bulk send, several documents in one signing request, parallel or sequential signing, and automatic reminders. A browser extension for Chrome and Edge sends PDFs for signing straight from the browser.

For teams that want to automate, a REST API and signed webhooks let you trigger signing from your CRM, ERP or own app, and NomaSign connects with Xero, SimplePay, Azure Logic Apps, Zapier, Make.com and more.
